battening down the hatches

Still cleaning up after the flooding a week ago. Most all of the floor has been cleaned up, but I keep coming across small puddles trapped under items that have not been moved yet. Most of the sunflower seeds that dispersed throughout the basement have been caught, even the sprouting ones.

However, we are in for three days of rain starting tomorrow afternoon. So, to that, I am working on making sure everything is raised and I hope to rough in my other sump pump to drop in to the sump well if it is breached again. That is if I can find the right fittings and enough pipe.

Need to sign off now and get back to work. And hope the weather blows past without dropping too much crap on us. blbbl
