cj - day two

Still here.

Youth having a great time.

Once again, the Scots have been fabulous. They have become legendary. Various people, Scouts, Scouters, other Guides, keep coming to our site to trade badges & crests with the Scots. And the Scots are sharp, but generous, traders.

The boy and I have been doing a brisk trade as well. We have some shirts, hoodies, and ball caps to unload yet. Hopefully tomorrow.

There are three Patrols from Taiwan that we hope to hit tomorrow. There are also Australians (whom we hope to trade clothing items with), French, several American Patrols, and many others. We have not come across the father and son Texan duo though. Keeping an eye out for them.

The Scouts had an activity today where they had several challenges to complete. Activities included: painting, tug-of-war, giant checkers, and a bunch of hand-eye coordination/teamwork tasks. Upon which they would receive a pretty cool lighthouse badge.

More activities tomorrow and more trading. Need to get some sleep, another full, long day. Hopefully, I will get a chance to grab my first shower too. If the shower trucks do not run out of water again! blbbl
